Effective January 1st, 2024 (Resolution 2023-64):
Entrance Permit fee of $100.00 (non-refundable) will be charged per entrance to a parcel of land.
Utility Permit fee of $100.00 (non-refundable) will be charged per permit request.
Construction of Subdrain Permit fee of $100.00 (non-refundable) will be charged per permit request.
Outlet of Private Field Drainage Tile Permit fee of $100.00 (non-refundable) will be charged per permit request.
Mow & Bale Right-of-Way Permit fee of no charge per permit request.
Perform Work Within Franklin County Highway Right-of-Way Permit fee of $100.00 (non-refundable) will be charged per permit request.
Engineer's Statement Notice for Entrance Permits:
1. Only one new entrance per permit will be allowed.
2. Multiple entrances need multiple permits created and filled out.
3. There will be no grouping driveways or permits under one permit submission. Any attempt at this will result in
automatic permit denial during administrative review.
